On November 11, 2022, YSENSER conducted a special training session on Responsibility, Accountability, and Implementation. Mr. Liang Dong, a senior internal trainer in the industry with 15 years of management experience in Fortune Global 500 companies, was invited to attend and deliver the training.
The purpose of this special learning initiative was to introduce an excellence-oriented goal management model, systematically improve the company's operational quality, deepen employees' understanding and awareness of goal management, and use action learning to gradually explore and formulate goals and indicators. It also aimed to help employees systematically understand the various functions of management and master the processes and methods for carrying out goal management within an organization.
During the session, the instructor used rich case studies and easy-to-understand language to explain the emergence and significance of goals and responsibilities and how to implement them. He also analyzed how to break through corporate development bottlenecks, helping participants understand a new approach to goal management. At the same time, Mr. Liang used the company's core values to reveal the various problems enterprises face in survival and development and their solutions, making everyone more confident about the company's business development. After the course, commemorative gifts were distributed to employees from the group that ranked first among the participants.
