Romoting High-Quality Enterprise Development through High-Quality Education

On February 17, 2023, a delegation of faculty representatives from the School of Optoelectronic Engineering, Xi’an Technological University, led by Zhou Shun, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School, and Yang Lihong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, visited our company to carry out an enterprise visit and job expansion activity. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges and research on school-enterprise cooperation, recruitment and employment, talent cultivation, and other areas.

At the symposium, General Manager Sun Bo extended a warm welcome to the delegation. He then introduced the company’s current scale, talent needs, and future development direction. Zhou Shun and Yang Lihong noted that the two sides could strengthen regular interaction by jointly building employment and internship bases and conducting exchanges of technical experts, thereby enhancing students’ understanding of the company from multiple dimensions. The two sides also held in-depth discussions on promoting industry-education integration and deepening school-enterprise cooperation.

Through this enterprise visit and job expansion activity, both sides engaged in fuller and more active discussion. This not only broadened employment channels for graduates but also laid a solid foundation for further cooperation between the school and the company in talent cultivation, project cooperation, recruitment and employment.
